Vibration Severity |
With VIBROTEST
vibration severity can be determined
efficiently and in an easily understood
manner. Simply hold the pickup against the
machine and read the value of VIBRATION. By
comparing the severity with the tolerances
suggested by various standards an immediate
evaluation of a machine's vibrational
behaviour is possible. For instance the
mechanical vibrations of pumps, fans,
blowers, turbines, compressors and machine
tools are evaluated in this manner.
Furthermore, VIBROTEST may be used to
measure vibration severity of electric
motors in accordance with ISO 2373. It also
fulfils the requirements of ISO 2954 and DIN
45 666 and is, therefore, suitable for
comparative measurements by electric motor
manufactures and users.
The unit provides DC output of the readout
for connection to a recorder.
