VIBROTEST is
suitable for field balancing of rotors of
all sizes and weights. Amount of unbalance
is displayed on an analog meter, angle of
unbalance by strobe lamp and rotor speed
digitally.
The required correction weights are then
determined either by a graphic method or by
an even more simple and much faster
calculating method, using a handheld
programmable pocket calculator including
special firmware module. Even a novice can
do field balancing with this method. |

Analysis of Machine Vibration |
VIBROTEST
offer the possibility, through frequency
analysis of machine vibrations, of
identifying the individual vibration source.
As a result of frequency analysis, VIBROTEST
displays frequencies on a digital meter and
the amplitude of vibration on an analog
meter. Of particular advantage in this
respect is the fully automatic built-in
sweeping frequency generator. This sweeping
operation must usually be done manually on
other competing equipment. The bandwidth of
the frequency analysis may be preselected in
3 steps, whereby the unit automatically
chooses the optimum sweeping speed for the
selected bandwidth.
