CAB 850 -
The new high-performance balancing
system
The CAB 850 is the standard with
regard to productivity, quality and
flexibility that combines the
superior capabilities of the CAB 750
with the possibilities offered by
most current standard in information
technology. It contains not only
extensive functions for measured
value processing, correction
calculations and control, but also a
reliable operating system and
graphically optimized user-interface
that is easy to read and operate
through an active touch-screen - if
the intervention of the operator
should be required at any time.
Equipped with modular software
structure and powerful hardware with
a variety of interfaces, the CAB 850
offers considerably extensive memory
and communication options as well as
the technological freedom for the
future.
CAB 750 -
Productive measurement and
correction system
The CAB 750 is the classic for
series production. Through
multi-processor techniques and
effective multi-tasking it's more
than just a balance. measuring unit:
measurement assessment, correction
calculation and control, fault
diagnostics, and data transfer run
simultaneously. The instrument is a
multi¬functional measurement and
control system. It guarantees the
shortest system times, converts
unbalance into effective correction
and exchanges signals with
peripheral equipment
CAB 642 -
A universal measuring instrument
featuring operator promoting,
suitable also for complex tasks
The microprocessor-based measuring
instrument CAB 642 has an
alphanumerical readout and is
universally applicable for all
one-and two¬plane balancing
machines. It includes all function
provided by the CAB 641 unit, plus
the capability of calculating
complex unbalance correction
procedures (e.g. unevenly split
components, different correction
methods in the two balancing
planes). Further features are a
large rotor type memory, extensive
operator promoting in several
languages, clear-text error readout,
a statistical program, and an
external printer connection
CAB 641 -
A versatile measuring instrument for
single-plane balancing jobs
Digital processing of measured
values combined with an
alphanumerical readout are the
characteristics of the
microprocessor-based measuring
instrument type CAB 641. It is
suitable for most single-plane
balancing jobs. The type of
unbalance readout can be adapted to
suit the workpiece in an optimum
way. In addition, the
instrumentation offers direct
readout of required unbalance
correction and tolerance, and
provides operator prompting during
calibration. It has a memory for
calibration data for easy
change-over between rotor types,
initiated with the simple operation
of a key, a program for compensating
adaptor offset, a self-test with
readout of operator or system
errors.
